Terms and Conditions
- Introduction
Welcome to the Liner Referral Program (the “Program”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Program, which is designed to reward individuals or entities (“Referrers”) for referring new clients to our services. By participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
- Eligibility
To be eligible to participate in the Program, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old or of legal age in your jurisdiction.
- Proof of being a Licensed Contractor, Pool technician, or Pool Service Associate
- Have a valid U.S. Bank Account for fund transfer
- Referral Process
- Referral Submission: To refer a potential client, you must submit their details through the designated referral platform or method provided by us. Referrals must be submitted in a manner consistent with the instructions provided.
- Qualified Referrals: A referral is considered “qualified” if the referred client meets the following criteria:
- Completes the initial sign-up or consultation process.
- Engages in a service contract or agreement with us.
- Complies with all applicable terms of service.
- Referral Fee
- Amount: For each qualified referral, the Referrer will receive a referral fee equal to 15% of the cost of the referred client’s service. (This does not include the products themselves)
- Payment Terms: Referral fees will be calculated based on the total revenue received from the referred client. Payments will be made within 30 days of the receipt of payment from the referred client.
- Fees and Taxes: All payments will be subject to applicable taxes and fees as required by law. It is the responsibility of the Referrer to report and remit any taxes on referral fees received.
- Program Limitations
- Validity: Referral fees will only be paid for clients who are new to our services and have not been previously contacted or engaged with our company.
- Exclusions: Referrals made for clients who are already in our database or who have previously been in contact with our company will not be eligible for referral fees.
- Program Changes: We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or through other communication methods.
- Compliance and Conduct
- Ethical Standards: Referrers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations and must not engage in any deceptive or unethical practices when making referrals.
- Fraudulent Activity: Any attempt to defraud or manipulate the Program will result in immediate disqualification from participation and forfeiture of any earned referral fees. We reserve the right to take legal action in cases of fraudulent activity.
- Confidentiality
- Information Use: Referrers must handle all client information obtained through the Program with the utmost confidentiality and in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Unauthorized use or disclosure of client information is strictly prohibited.
- Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Program. Our liability is limited to the payment of referral fees as outlined in these Terms.
- Governing Law
These Terms and the Program shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Your Local Municipalities. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Your Jurisdiction.
